My Journey & Dream

In 2004, when I was 19, I moved to Virginia Beach, VA to attend The Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy. This was my first giant leap into the holistic approach to health, healing & well-being. I was introduced to a long list of modalities, which I have revisited to apply to my own health care over the last 17 years.

My passion, for working with women & especially the ones crossing the threshold of motherhood, really took root when I became a mother! My dream is to offer these tools for mental & physical support for all women, remembering how they carried me through my pain to wholeness.

I have over a decade of hands on experience using therapeutic techniques to help women of all ages including a focus on prenatal/postnatal massage & wellness. I would love the opportunity to work with you & your loved ones.

I'm so grateful to be a part of this team & look forward to offering ease and respite through the transitions in your life - big + small. Working with women in all stages of life and health sets my soul on fire!

When a health crisis in 2012 turned my world upside down, it took a truly whole-listic approach of modalities (Western + Eastern) to return to a new equilibrium and balance. I continue to lean into this toolkit and love to share what I’ve found with others. My goal is to help you find a soft place to land and return home in your body on all levels - physical, mental + the subtle energetic planes!

I enjoy creating a space where you can feel nurtured, calm and fully embodied in whatever stage of life you find yourself. I have over 7 years experience as a 500-hour & prenatal-certified yoga teacher with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts and graduated from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage in 2023. As my journey toward motherhood is ongoing, I pull from my own training, as well as the witnessed or shared experiences with the women in my life to bring you a personal massage experience to meet you where you are at this moment.

Hi there, I’m Amelia!
I am a graduate of Cayce/Reilly School of Massage (September 2025) and received my license from the Virginia Board of Nursing on October 15th, 2025. I bring a growing foundation in therapeutic bodywork and a heart full of passion for helping others heal! My mother, a Reiki Master, has helped shape my heart, my spirit, and my desire to bring peace and comfort to others.

As someone who personally struggles with anxiety, I’ve experienced firsthand how massage can quiet the mind, ease the body, and invite deeper rest. My passion is perinatal massage-supporting women through both the prenatal and postpartum journey. I also incorporate Swedish/relaxation techniques, myofascial release, and reflexology to create sessions that restore balance, ease tension, and encourage deep grounding. As our studio expands into women’s wellness, I am deeply committed to holding space for women of all ages and stages. There is something deeply healing about women supporting women-about being understood and cared for in a safe, nurturing environment. That connection is the heart of my work.

As the team’s mobile massage therapist, I’m honored to bring this care directly to your home, creating a calming, personalized sanctuary wherever you are most comfortable. Although I’m new to the field, I am endlessly curious, devoted, and grateful to grow alongside my clients as we explore the path to healing together. I’m so thankful to be joining this incredible group of women - Carmen, Calista and YOU! I can’t wait to support you on your wellness journey.

My Qualifications

  • Cayce Reilly School of Massage 700 hours

Hello, I’m Anne! I am honored to work with this wonderful team of women who are just as passionate as I am about supporting women in all stages of life! I strongly believe in the healing power of touch, and I strive to offer that in a loving, calming, and grounding way!

After working as a birth doula since 2013, I found that I often used my hands as comfort for mothers, and wanted to discover more about how to do that better. I attended the Cayce Reilly School of Massage in 2022. After graduating in February 2023, I have been specializing in prenatal and postpartum massage & bodywork. In the last 3 years, I have continued to build my knowledge as a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide the safest, most supportive, and relaxing sessions while you navigate pregnancy. Pulling from my doula training & knowledge about how pregnancy, labor & birth can affect the body, I offer a much-needed quiet space for rest, nourishment, ease, and support. It’s time to breathe deeply, come back to yourself, connect with your body & baby, and get out of the monkey mind!
