Cancellation Policy

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, PLEASE GIVE AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE. CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL WARRANT PAYMENT FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
**PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING COLD OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS. THE FEE FOR CANCELLING WILL BE WAIVED IF YOU'RE ABLE TO GIVE US 2 HOURS NOTICE. CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 2 HOURS NOTICE WILL WARRANT 50% PAYMENT FOR THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
***THERE IS NO FEE FOR RESCHEDULING DUE TO ON-SET OF LABOR OR A TRUE EMERGENCY. THANK YOU FOR HONORING THIS POLICY.
