Is a gentle, restorative session designed to ease stress, tension, and overwhelm — helping your body feel safe, supported, and open to possibility. Using calming essential oils, warm stones, and nurturing touch, this session supports hormone balance, encourages healthy circulation, and helps release the physical and emotional strain that can accompany the journey toward conception.

Focuses on addressing the special needs of the expecting mama as baby grows & shifts her body. The massage techniques used are intended to alleviate muscle tension, reduce anxiety, improve circulation & sleep as well as much more..
39-41 weeks of pregnancy, this session incorporates massage, acupressure, breathwork, reflexology & essential oils that prepare your body for birth and *may* encourage the onset of labor. No guarantees..but you will feel better!
Chosen during the 24 months after giving birth. This is a full body massage that focuses on supporting you while you recover emotionally & physically. It can be as important and beneficial as massage during pregnancy. It is an effective and holistic approach for the many adjustments to motherhood.

One hour and fifteen minutes of bodywork with warm stones, hot towels and the option for cupping, will have you feeling rested and restored body & mind.
90 Minute Massage

So much can shift with the breath, muscles & mental stress with an hour and a half of massage. This allows the therapist to truly take the time needed on several focus areas & incorporate extra reflexology as well! Warm Stones, hot towels & optional cupping is always included.
Induction Massage Package

After 39 weeks of pregnancy, this session incorporates guided breathwork/meditation, warm stone massage, acupressure, reflexology, induction oil blend.. all of which prepare your body for birth and *may* encourage the onset of labor. (No guarantees..but you will feel relief & more grounded to birth your baby!)
Mind, Body, Energy Reset
$200
This special session is designed to support a reset for your mind, body & energy. An hour and forty-five minutes of massage with personalized guided meditation and breathwork. Extra reflexology and Energy Work incorporated throughout the session.
